I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Your package will be processed within 48 hours after ordering and will be picked up from our carrier the following business day.

 

How long will delivery take?

Our packages are delivered on average within 1-4 days for Australia, however we allow up to 8 days. All deliveries to NZ will take 6-15 days.   

Once the package has been collected by our carrier, you will be provided with a tracking number and link to keep you updated! If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 days of ordering, please email us at Stoolyzau@gmail.com

 

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged or you just decided you don't like it, we allow up to 30 days to initiate the return procedure by contacting us via Stoolyzau@gmail.com - Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase or supply store credit - whichever you prefer. Please see return policy in footer for more details. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you sure can. You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, we cannot cancel the order. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at stoolyzau@gmail.com. The address can only be changed before the parcel has been collected from the carrier. In the case that the parcel has been collected, we are unable to change to address or grant a refund.
